Regex for IPv4 and IPv6

Today I needed to search for valid IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. In my case regex would do the job best for me. After some searching, testing and customization I had the correct once, here we go:

IPv4 pattern #

((25[0-5]|2[0-4][0-9]|[01]?[0-9][0-9]?)\.){3}(25[0-5]|2[0-4][0-9]|[01]?[0-9][0-9]?)(/(3[0-2]|2[0-9]|1[0-9]|[0-9]))?

IPv6 pattern #

Yeah, IPv6 is much longer but no wonder with 2¹²⁸ available addresses, the regex must be proportionally bigger.
